Civil Litigation
Chris represents people who are engaged in a dispute in which damages are claimed.
Claims with a value of less than $25,000 proceed in the Small Claims Court;
Claims with a value of more than $25,000 but less than $100,000 proceed in the Superior Court of Justice under the Simplified Procedure; and
Claims of more than $100,000 proceed in the Superior Court of Justice.
