Depending on the case, Chris Clermont offers an hourly rate or a flat rate. Chris maintains logs of all the time he spends on your case. Time is counted in six minute increments (0.1). Accounts billed based on an hourly rate include a complete listing of the time spent on the file. Chris works only for as long as a case requires: a client is not billed for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Chris' currently hourly rate is $350.00. The hourly rate is subject to change from time-to-time, on written notice to the client. Certain files will require a monetary retainer to be paid upfront.
