Chris provides careful advice in the estate planning and estate administration process and he understands the difficulties encounter in preparing their estate plan, and the conflicts than may arise during the administration of estate assets. Chris has extensive experience in drafting:
Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care.
Chris represents people who are engaged in a dispute in which damages are claimed.
Claims with a value of less than $25,000 proceed in the Small Claims Court;
Claims with a value of more than $25,000 but less than $100,000 proceed in the Superior Court of Justice under the Simplified Procedure; and
Claims of more than $100,000 proceed in the Superior Court of Justice.
